New to Yoga

Welcome! We are honored to introduce the practice of yoga to you.

Our classes and customized programs combine breathing, moving, stretching, and mediation techniques to help quiet the mind, release stress, and promote mind and body health. We offer a variety of programs and classes that are priced to accommodate a single individual or groups. Each session is scheduled for 60 minutes, and we come to you or a location near you!!

What to bring/wear:

  • A practice mat, practice rug, or a large towel to stand/lay on; a hand towel and plenty of water.
  • Comfortable clothing and bare feet are recommended for freedom of movement. We also have mats with straps for purchase, as well as other accessories, if needed.
  • Avoid eating 2 hours before class or snack lightly before class if needed. Nothing heavy for the stomach.
  • Hydrate before and after class.
  • Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.  
  • Turn off cell phones.
  • Inform instructors of any injuries or health concerns. 
  • Respect and honor your body during practice.
  • Come with an open mind and an open heart.
  • Remember to breathe.
