Life Balance Yoga Mission:
To bring greater health, happiness, and well-being into the lives of others in our community in a warm, inviting, stress-free environment, and by sharing the wisdom of yoga and fitness in a nurturing atmosphere. We offer yoga classes suitable for all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness levels with a focus on mindful breathing, quiet reflection, deep relaxation, increasing flexibility and building strength. We also offer private classes, workshops and classes in mindfulness.
