Mind Body Yoga - This is an excellent class for beginners or for seasoned practitioners looking for an invigorating, yet restorative practice. This multilevel class that combines breathing, moving, stretching, and meditation techniques to quiet mind chatter, release stress, and promote an overall sense of well-being.

Multi-Level Yoga - This class is a mixture of our Power Yoga and Mind Body Yoga classes. The beginner to a regular practitioner will enjoy this multi-level class. The practice focuses on aligning properly in poses and allows for exploration to get deeper into poses if you choose.

Chair - This class is a gentle form of yoga. You will practice yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. Complicated maneuvers and complex movements are NOT presented in this class. The chair is used to help those with difficulty getting up and down off the floor. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair.

Aqua Yoga – (Seasonal if outdoors) Aqua yoga is just what it sounds like, yoga done in the water. It offers the benefits of stretch, relaxation, and deep breathing with buoyancy and water resistance. Aqua Yoga is an amazing exercise that will tone your body and relax your mind. Even better, it is a discipline that anyone can enjoy – no matter the age, fitness level, swimming ability, or experience with yoga. Come and join the fun and experience the benefits!

Yogalates - Yogalates is an athletic blend of Pilates, Yoga, and so much more. It includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels of fitness. Participants can obtain benefits of two disciplines with this perfect workout. Achieve strength, relaxation, and muscle definition using the Yogalates meditation technique.

Power Yoga – This class is energizing, strengthening, and will also help build endurance. Our Power Yoga class is recommended for people with an existing practice, are athletic, or those who'd like a more challenging practice. A great change of pace from the gym or jogging routine!
